What should be the fuel pressure of a Vitz with 1kr-fe at the fuel rail?
or in what range? as in 40psi to 50psi or what?
should be right abt there 42psi i guess
Thanks mate.
How do I go on about checking it?
it has no test port :S
I can get the gauge no problems, but can we use a 'T' before the fuel rail? to attach the gauge and check? or is there any other way to do that?
The correct way to test it is a proper toyota tool, its a 3 way adapater that connects to the quick release of the fuel rail.
You can try to make it with a junk injector rail and injector pipe with a T in the middle and a gauge.
@ sync i hope u dont mind me asking an off topic question here @ Xulifqarwhat should be the correct fuel pressure of a toyota 2nz-fe?
same about 42 to 50 psi
I went to the nearest toyota stealership, they didn't have it. No concept of checking fuel pressure! :s
What kind of a gauge should I buy for the purpose?
Using Car scanner pro with JOBD protocol for Passo 2007. I will post screen shot of this in a while and also fuel rail pressure is too high must be wrong interpretation from ecu which is around 50,000 psi
There's no fuel rail pressure sensor in passo.
