Can anyone please guide me after how many kms altis 1.8 grande fuel pump needs to be replaced or needs service ? Currently my car is 40000 km driven.

No need to replace at 40k km......it mostly lasts 100k km easily...
.
If u r first owner and have the user manual, pls check in it about fuel pump replacement.

Get the fuel filter cleaned at every 50,000kms and it will last around 130-140k kms easily. After that, fuel filter will change. No need to change fuel pump if you're not facing any issues.

Actually it is not giving good fuel performance it is giving me 9.2km mileage in city and sometimes engine is vibrating..

there can be a plenty of things responsible for bad fuel consumption. firstly it is a 1.8 LTR car what kind of fuel average do you want?

Sir g wasay to in Lahire congestion i get 11-11.5 kmpl, i think Karachi had more traffic sndy bad roads, so probably, mileage looks ok. At 40k kms, wasay fuel filter ka masla samajh nhn ataa

U don't need to change anything at 40k kms. Is the mileage calculated tank to tank or its what your meter is showing? Or it's the later, then its a mileage issue for sure. Actually, traffic condition impacts a lot and Karachi has one of the worst traffic situations.

Change the fuel station and drive car with heavy foot for fuel days at hihj rpm...this should clear some clutter from catalytic converter..if not too much clogged which is unlikely at 40k kms. Are u getting oil from dealership or from open market..since there is more fake oil available nin market than original.

Yes thess are normal fuel economy figures for Karachi.
Don't do anything. Just try changing your pump and to clean catalytic convertor use proficar cat con cleaner.

Yes use total instead, major difference is there between fuel quality of total and pso. There is nothing wrong with your car though. Catcon cleaning at 40k kms is regular mantainance get proficar cat con cleaner from here: https://www.facebook.com/faiq572/ as them for authorised dealer in Karachi. I use it at every 10,000kms now. It cleans fuel lines and catalytic convertor. Try using it when you're going on long route, or drive with high rpms for one tank when you use it.
Throttle service and fuel filter cleaning are also part of regular mantainance. I get these services at 50k kms.

Will it give me a comfort in driving ?because my altis is not showing that good luxury and comfortness.. how to use it please guide me on full petrol tank or on empty tank ?

it cleans the fuel lines, doesn't do magic, comfort and luxury have nothing to do with cat con and fuel filter.
there is no need of a cat con service this early, its wasting money.
Repeated service will lead to its early deterioration.
