why would you be sorry? lol, and you can get from market whatever fits in your budget if not this car :),only if you knew that this is not a regular accord, it's a 2006 model not the usual pre-facelift 2003 kinda thing that you can purchase for 11-12 lakhs. above all, it has many differences from the previous shape, like facelift bumper and the entire front, rear fog light in the tail, parking sensors and alarms, even seats are fitted with the side airbags, ive already written all the differences and detailed specs in the add,above all it has the sunroof which i bet you don't get to see in other accords, so yeah check the rate of a 2006 facelift accord with sunroof and then let me know please 
there are 2006 models here up for sale that too without sunroofs those are asking 20+.
people forget the differences when they compare the newer year models with the older ones. THIS IS NOT THE USUAL ACCORD THAT GOES FOR 13-15lakh.
Pakwheels has created search filters for you for a reason, and you better start using them now. just search ''2006 CL9'' in the main search, and then tell me is there any other car that has same options and its still cheaper than my car, you'l not find any car cause my car has the lowest price in that league already
