once i bought a car from chaklala gerezn rwp from a army officer, deal done take money reach at the home , he take money count n give in home, now we have to go for stamp paper, suddenly owner resive a call someone offer him 10K more he give us over money back, n we come back thats the worst dealing of my life. genuine sealer

one day some one check my car n deal done, purchaser is with his family he ask me "bhai abi atm se pasy la k token money day data hu" after that he call n ask "bhai family k sath hu ager kal apko full payment ak hi dafa kar du to " i say ok next day i see a add for car sale n go for visit there i found that man checking the car, when he saw me he give token money to owner quickly n say done hogai he purchase at the price what owner demand, after 4 -5 days he come to me n ask brother you are interested in this car ok take it, when i saw car is accidented n thats why cheep, then hi ask "bhai ap ki wja se mainy bager dakhy khareed li ap jo pohnch gy thy wahan" phr bechary ko 50 hazar ka nuksan barasht karna para genuine buyer

once i sold a total genuine(fade paint) car to some one next day when thy come for payment, they saw a another car with me which is spry from out side same model, i ask 20K more they pay 20K more n take that car :D, genuine buyer

hahahahah i was selling my honda civic 2007 oriel prosmatic , i received a call from a gentle asking abt car , after having a discussion of abt 10 mints the main thing happened , that person offered me an exchange that too with an alto 2007 ,i said i am selling it on cash so no exchange he insisted again and again , he said i am an army officer in ghq , my father is also an army officer so i remained cool as i thought my dad might know him and i didnt wanted to have an awkward encounter in future if that is the case , khair he kept rpeating the same request with different logics ghar main choti gari honi chaiye etc etc its better in consumption then your civic , well fine but the main catch was he was willing for a key to key exchange no cash on top hahahahahhahah god that was a moment a test of my patience in the end he said in a high pitch NAI LATA AP KI GARI RAKHO APNEY PASSS ahahhaa that was one awkward moment lol i told my dad he said sunah dani thi usko so what he was an army officer or whatever he should have atleast a brain what he is offering ,

Lol , There r some people who think they r the smartest one on the Earth and others r Fool , btw i recieved many foolish exchange offers too, Once i got a key to key exchange offers for my 4 grade Mira 2008 with a 2003 fully painted rolla and an ugly Toyota van .Once got an exchange offer with Mercedes with my Vitz

Once i went to see a belta , the car was in Tarnol!
My dad asked owner that if he can show us car in Islamabad sometime.He said no we have no work in Islamabad , my dad said ok we went to tarnol and after 2 hours of traffic Jam we reached at his home and called him (2 mins before he guided us to his home) and after reaching he said "gari tou kaam se Islamabad gaey hue hay" and my dad was like WTH !

After posting an ad for the car, i receive one call daily from a japanese number claiming to be from ICM JAPAN and insisting me to buy a new vehicle from them. I will have to deposit 1000 dollars in advance, lol

Atleast 6 of their representatives have called. I tell them everytime bhai pehlay yeh wali to baich lainay do

I once called an uncle for a Civic. He was one dukhi uncle utterly disappointed at his wife. Everything I asked him, he's somehow relate it to his wife without mentioning it.

I ask 'will you pls provide some photos since I'll be coming all the way from Lahore?'
His reply - "tasweer tau hai hi dhoka meray bhai, aap chikni si tasweer dekh k haan kar detay ho. Aur agli subha pata lagta hai k dent bhi bohat hain aur paint bhi pohat. Do sal baad bachay ho jatay hain aur aap ko saari umer uske saath guzarni parti hai'

I laugh out of courtesy and trying to bring him back to reality ask - 'ji koi issues tau nahi mechanical or any other sort'

His reply - "bhai issues tau 8 saal main aa hi jaatay hain. thandi aah. Kuch ko tau brand new main aa jatay hain. Bus bhai, zindagi tau life hi compromises ka hai'

I ask 'Whats the reason for selling?'

His reply - "Insaan apni zindagi main bohat thora change kar sakta hai. Main ne bhi upgrade karnay ka socha hai. 2nd thandi aah kash insaan sab kuch upgrade kar sakta'

The car was good, really good. Was a good buy.

This story just made me laugh so hard I almost spat out some juice on my computer

No selling experience via Pakwheels. But one thing I do remember was, when I posted my santro's add, I got a few calls. I simply told them that it was major accidental which is why I was asking 180k less the the market. Then, this guy came to inspect my detailed Santro. I'd detailed the engine bay that day. He couldn't believe how clean it was and claimed that I had swapped the engine -.- I mean, wtf. The same guy even claimed that the left side accidental and painted. Infact, the right side was accidental and the whole car was painted.

I dont know why people can't read the add and ask stupid questions, when the price is already mentioned and is clearly mentioned slightly negotiable on the spot still people ask on phone final ky hogi? price final hai ya kam ho jaye gi , it irritates a lot, and the best part is that when u write slightly negotiable people expect a price reduction of 1 lac+ , This makes car selling a headache

Same incident from my side, i posted the ad of Honda civic 2005 and it was written in the ad that slightly negotiable, i got the message one day from a number which was almost rs. 100k less than what i demanded....wth man :o
