It's coming from the dim dip relay but going into the ignition switch, both aspects need to be checked. The dim dip part should be easy, start the car, turn on the lights, try giving a dipper and making dim and full multiple times, see if it stalls, if it doesn't, check the key, if it's hot or not

Share here What stops working when fuse blows out or you remove yourself. Chechk everything for working from horn to lighter. Lights,wipers,turn signals and whatevers fails as a result of removing this fuse. As per my shared wiring i dont see its link with car unable to start. @dayrider as per my thought this supply is coming from ignition switch via a fuse .
1. remove fuse and what happens what fails share here. As nobody is able to tell its role at moment

1. Install fuse and try every thing after sw on without starting eg lights. Dipper.turn signal. Cigrette lighter. Wiper washer what ever you can turn on and see it blows are not
2. Start car keep it started and try every thing again ...
   I think some wire has melted with time and causing this when comes into contact with body or other wire

Nope, it's going the opposite way, starting from the relay and to the ignition switch, the power source comes to the main fuse box, from which into this relay, and from there via a "engine no. 1 fuse to the ignition switch. See the 3 horizontal lines everywhere, those are ground connections, see the arrows, those show the direction of the current

If i will argue here then it willl be of no use to the one who is facing the issue. You are correct but not fully let me give some points. In this diagram flow of current is electronic based on negative to positive. And people dealing with electrical start from positive to negative. But i does not matter which direction you follow but positive to negative is simple to understand. Further fuse is always after source side to isolate load side . As you cannot see any other line of positive comming into relay so it cannot be source. Yet path can be following bat- main fuse-ig sw- fuse for relay- relay . Another point if positive goes from relay then removing 15amp fuse will also turn off horn.trun and wiper as per diagram. Still i could be wrong.

@syedozair does this usually happen if the car has been running for long, and not when running cold or at small instances, ever noticed that?

Tried with suggestion switched on operated indicators, headlight, viper, horn, dipper everythings working.
Started engine tried givivg dipper low beam high beam couple of times, indicator no issue engine kept running.
Stopped engine removed fuse operated every thing, everthing works. Indicators, headlight, viper, horn, even high beam low beam is working. Only thing thats different no sound of direct rad fan.

I remember the first time electrician brought car to his workshop by direct connection. I have taken a picture of engine bay will upload it with arrows of how he connected.

Mistri connected these two (red arrow) witha a wire and the car started in first ignition.

After removing fuse can you still start the car?
That is ignition coil. It needs + 12 v to generate ht for spark plugs. As your car was not starting he bypassed internal and directly gave voltage to coil so car can be started . As you said radiator fan stops runnning then i think someome ho had made the direct connection for radiator fan used this specific wiring which is causing overload on this fuse...

Best solution is put radiator wiring as per factory specs. Yet if you can share pics of wires going into radiator fan i can help you to fix this at the moment by installing a relay. You will need a good quality relay with its wires . If there is already a relay installed for fan then share pics of wiring connections

There are huge plugs coming out of fuse box, but ill think of a way to trace them.

No sir after removing fuse I cannot start the car. Although it takes ignition but wont start.

Heres starts jugar, two blue wires coming out and going into ac bottle.

Two wires conver into bunch of 6 wires.

Bunch of more wires coming together and going thru a hole into fender.
I could trace uptil here, i think these will be going to the dashboard from here. I can do 1 thing I have old fuse box with me I can check front fuse with back connectors. And from those connectors we can trace these wires. But what will this do!

Buy a multimeter with continuity test function, that will help with wire tracing

If you have access to any electrician ask them to install relay for rad fan. Your fuse blow problem will get solved. If this is not possible for you arrange at least 30Amp relay with base then share picture of relay wires
