Procedure is following
1. Remove battery terminals
2. Cut one of wires ( red+white) which is going into the jack you are holding in pic.
3. Now strip off sleeve from those ends.
4. The end which is on jack side will be connected to relay thick wire .
5. Remaining end will be attached with relay coil (thin wire green )

Thick green will be connected with bat. Orang will be connected with previously cut red+white wire on jack side to give fan battery voltage.
Yellow black wire will be connected to negative wire reauired for coil of relay.
Thin green is relay coil which will be connected with the remaining free end of red+white wire.
Remember 2 wires are going into fan jack you will only cut one wire which is red+ white from suitable location .

. Another thing i am sure you will have + voltage on red+white wire . Before cutting that wire confirm that with multimeter otherwise cut the other one .

fuse blows when current increase. a short of positive with the ground usually ur wiring of this particular item gets grounded. slight loose and open near the body or a metallic body part. visaully inspect it. or inside the ignition switch also

Dear syedozair!

Me Asif from Peshawar. A Cuore owner. I also faced this problem of fuse some three months ago and it was caused by one faulty component. I am kinda investigator and search for core issue causing big problems if ignored.

I found out after 5 blown fuses (Guage/Turn, right next to Engine fuse) that there is some problem with the reverse switch attached to the gear box which turns on the reverse light when in operation. Though i didn't fixed the reverse switch yet but found a simple solution by finding a genuine Japanese fuse and since then i faced no problem. (I'll fix the reverse switch asa this lockdown ends).

Second thing was "Desi" fuses which doesn't last long and the picture you shared shows good number of Desi fuses in your fuse box and a missing relay.

Thanks for sharing your experience, I havent been able to implement anything yet. I have seen some videos of fault tracing and things. Just short of things needed in this lockdown. Can you guide more about these japanese fuses? How and what to look for in that fuses?

Was your "Japanese" fuse of the same amperage as suggested by the fuse box?

Boss, do simple check up. Disconnect the wire that was done by ur electrician for fan and make it direct thru battery and then drive and check. if the fuse doesn't blows then ur fan wiring is culprit.
please also check if the ignition where key inserted gets hot or not during driving...because these are signs which tells something fishy in the wiring
