as in medicine field myself ..... each and every medical professional MUST have absolute proficiency of the local language ... it is important in other fields too but in medicine u have to deal with common people and no country can grant someone to practice without language fluency so forget about malaysia if u don't know malay it becomes very bad option then .....
other than that if u have very good grasp of malay then malaysia is a perfect country for a muslim to live in ....
1.u have to pass the medical board exam of malaysian medical council as they don't recognize PMDC qualifications (to best of my knowledge)
2.But i think Job situation is quite grim there as per their medical council malaysia actaully have abundance of medical professionals (don't know about dentistry particularly)
3.As per cost of living and salary doctors usually have handsome salary and enough to maintain a good life style and have some savings too ...
4.As u have mentioned u don't want to go to non muslim countries so malaysia is best option in this aspect
Other options include GULF in muslim countries but u have to pass their license exams .... but to make urself a promising career one should go to USA,UK,Ireland,Australia or canada ... sad but true ... they are more practical options ....
