cda is selling plots for E12 n marketing it though they arent doing anything from years for development of roads or the sector

price of plots is the same from many years,a drowned investment

bahria is flop. I went to bank for loan and bank asked me for bank collateral. I told them i have plot in Bahria. They said we want plots in CDA sectors or in DHA as security. Bahria is not credible for bank guarantee. So i loan was rejected
