Future Of Sector E-12 Islamabad

I am being suggested by a property dealer to invest money in Plots at Sector E-12. There is no development in sight by CDA, while neighbouring sectors D-12 and E-11 are under development.
Just want to know if CDA has any plans to start E-12 in near future and is it wise to invest in this sector?

Totally agree. Safest way is to invest money in Bahria town. I can pretty much guaran *MOD EDIT: Control your tongue* tee you, you would never be ripped.

rapidly increasing prices of plots in E-12 does point to something. Anyway I think I will have to look somewhere else for investment like in Bahria or DHA.

Agreed, Investment sometimes has to come with calculated risk. Over the last almost two months I bought 6 plots in E-12 and sold them out at first opportunity gaining Rs 100,000/- to 200,000/- per plot depending on size. Sold off few after CDA transfer and some in the form of files. At this time I have purchased three plots in D12 and one in E12. Lets see how it goes.

I bought only one 25x40 size plot in E12 for Rs1700000 and sold off the file at Rs 18,00,000/- within a week. Dont know about CDA transfered value of this size plot

I am not a dealer or something. Just had couple of millions available without investment so got hold of a property dealer who is managing all these affairs. I only sign cheques and agreements.
