FX gasket blown just after 8 months of installation

I had installed new gasket in my FX 8 months back but the same is now blown... I can see the milky liquid on the engine oil cap. Also, the water in the radiator is topped up but the same dries out very early. I got the radiator checked but there is no leakage from the same. My question is whether this is due to leaking water body? If yes, what would be the cost of new water body for FX?

Water body will be dirty cheap as mehran have same thing

problem resolved.... the head gasket was blown due to heating up and also the engine head also deformed and need to be replaced
