I want to build house and live in G14.
I have 60 lac to invest in G14 on land but trying hard i can manage about 65 lac but the price for 4 Marla is 70 lac in today date 26/01/2018. In G14/2 the prices are about 45 lac for 4 marla but then don’t know when they will give procession for G14/2.
So I need honest suggestions for couple of things please.
1- between G14/4 and G14/2 which one is more good by profit value.
2- when is the possibility of pocesion for G14/2.
3-which are best streets of 4 Marla in g14/4 and g14/2.
4- what is your advice our all for me?
