For the first time in Pakistan, GPS maps for Pakistan (most of the Pakistan, not whole) can be found and used free of cost.
The intelligent and creative people behind this ingenious work present you GPS enabled partially-route-able maps for the 3 major cities ( as well as lods of others) and almost all the highways of Pakistan.
To download and use these maps, follow the guidelines below:
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A GARMIN GPS UNIT FOR IT TO WORK

Download the map of your choice. (source file is necessary)
Follow this link and read the instructions to transfer the map to your Garmin GPS Unit and voila, you have a GPS Navigation system in your car!

(Garmin is an independant manufacturer of GPS hardware which can be used for such purposes in a car as well as for pedestrian purposes. However, these maps are not suitable for step by step guidance.
