Explaination is

OBD II diagnostic adapter installed to the OBDII port of the car .
Samsung galaxy tab 7 plus or any other android based OS
download Garmin Mechanic App on android.
Connect via blue tooth your adapter to the App on android

There you go . it has 17 gauges . i mean real time readout of 17 different
parameters of your car
they can vary in number depending upon your cars ECU.
Local corolla has 17 different parameters to be shown

You can ur self check the accuracy.
its there in the pic:)
i mean my analogue rpm meter was at 2006(approx)
and the digital one from the OBD II port was giving me 2012 (transient)

since the data acquired is from the car itself and using the same sensors
so no need to worry about accuracy sir (H).

@Got the adapter from Amazon .com for $99.
it plugs into OBD II port underneath the steering

i think its the torque app from android
yeah nice one .
but i actually dont trust the chineses adapters peeking into

How good is Galaxy Tab 7 in terms of screen and performance ? Does it have dialler app for making calls with local sim installed ? I'm planning to have the galaxy tab 7 or the upcoming 7.7 with AMOLED display.
