Gas pedal gets stuck sometime in Honda City 06 Manual

Hello, Assalau Alaikum everyone, hope you all are having a nice day. My problem is that i'm facint stucked gas pedal in my Honda City 06 Manual, it works fine usually but sometimes when picking up or when driving in middle, the gas pedal gets stuck and i have to press the clutch and hit the gas pedal hard to make it loose and work again. I use cng and petrol both and my mehchanic told me to get its Butterfly serviced and then this problem will go away, i wanted professionals opinion here because i like cars but not a technical guy and wanted some help! Because mechanics in HYD are so expensive and Honda cars are complicated thus not many mechanics put their hands in them. A well known mechanic in Defence is very good but he literally charges rs1000/- for a freaking OBD check and then he works further on the car. Please help.

spray some wd40 on the accerlatir cable and on the the place where is mounted on

Bhai check if there is rust on the throttle linkage. Since the car has a cable rust can do that... If there is rust use some oil or wd-40 and pump the throttle pedal it will go away.

Sticky butterfly...... spray some carb cleaner when car is cold....after exposure of throttle body.....clean with lint free cloth

open the bonnet and get your hand on the throttle body's shaft pulley where the throttle cable terminates. Try to rotate it slowly with your fingers and check whether it rotates smoothly or not, if it is sticky it needs cleaning and calibration.
In case there is no issue with the throttle body, then remove cable from the pulley and press the padle and check restriction in it's movement, if it confirms the issue is with the cable then pour few drops of lubricant oil (e.g., engine oil) from the engine side in the tube housing the throttle cable and repeatedly press the paddle so that oil reaches the othet end.
I hope following the above steps will solve your problem.

The throttle wire has gone damaged. Replace throttle cable I purchased for 1500 and install my self. The car response is excellent. My cable was also sticking.
