So I bought this 2015 gd110 clocked at 12k.
Very nice bike and good condition.
I have got some problems to discuss, see if I can solve them diy.
1st. The light output is very poor at night, low beam is shut and high beam is just not enough too. (I'm not a bike guy so not sure if it it is meant to be like this) Mechanic suggest replacing bulb ruling it to be faulty.
2nd. Shocks seem VERY soft. I mean really! Pillion riding and few speed bumps, bike drops and bounces like hell!
Is it normal? How do I test it?
3rd. The kill switch and headlight switch is very notorious. A general wash or bit of rain and I'm stuck with either kicking the bike multiple times or the headlight just won't turn off.
What to do! Also that I really have to push the light switch to the very right in order for meter lights to turn on along with headlight otherwise only the headlight turns on. I'm quite confused with the operations here, can someone please share a guide to this whole switch mechanism?
4th. Many times the gear is stuck and I have to push hard or jerk the gear lever. Mechanic says the cable is at fault, again how do I make sure?
5th. Final coat on the paint is flaked up, anyway I can set it well?
Rest assure that most of these problems I face might be only because I'm very noob when it comes to bike riding. Had my grandpa's bike for ages until now it died on me and I got this one.
