I don't quite understand your comment but I shall try:
If by that, you mean that when you put the bike in first gear while holding the clutch and the RPMs of the engine rise then yes, it's a problem. It probably means that your clutch plates are either worn out or the clutch cable is loose. Could be a number of things.
To put it more technically; As the friction plates wear away, there is less material there to grab the flywheel and pressure plate. Once the material has worn away enough, the engine will rev a little higher than normal when the clutch is engaged or disengaged.
And if you continue to use your bike then you'll have to replace the whole clutch assembly and it'll cost a LOT of money!
Get it inspect from an expert mechanic as soon as you can. Quit riding the bike immediately.
