Gear hangs when downshifting.. lancer 1991 dolphin

well i am having a problem in my mitsubishi lancer 1991 model.... the problen is that when i downshift from 3rd-2nd gear the gear hangs a bit and when i downshift from 2nd-1st, the gear hanging is enourmous....
i cant figure out what the problem is... help me guys... :(

First of all check the gear oil level & its viscosity,then check the clutch for proper adjustment /wear & tear.Otherwise you will have to rebuild the gearbox.Its better,get ur car checked physically to any good mechanic,he will figureout the exact problem.

im not sure about downshifting from 3rd to second but when you do it from second to first and if it hangs then means your engine speed is too much for this gear you may be feeling like a wall in front of gear lever. do downshift late may this solve your problem
it happens with me only when i do it from 2nd to first not third to 2nd

check your gear Oil. also car service karwa ke nechay oil spray karwa lia karo.

yeh kharadiyay ka kaam hai aur whelding bhi ho gi is ki.My previous car had some problem and my mechanic fixes it all total cost was 2500 varies upon the damage inside it.
