Bro, consult your car's user / owners manual for all this (most important).
Usually, gear oil is changed after at least 40-60,000 Kms. Tuning (throttle body service + plugs inspection / cleaning), brake service can be done, along with engine oil + oil filter change, cleaning of air + cabin filter, rotation of tires in designated pattern, etc.
Do also check for wheel balancing / alignment. If reqd. Get it done too.
Also grease / lubricate the parts which require lubrication (like doors joints, etc.)
