Gear shift issues

I have a mehran 2007 model, 138,000kms done. I bought it second hand few months back, and after some time of buying it,I faced problems in gear transmission
Changed the clutch and pressure plates as the clutch plate was broken.
After some time, I faced the issue again. Changed the clutch wire last month.
Now again, putting my car into 1st gear and reverse gear Is a big issue, otherwise 2nd 3rd and 4th gear are easy to shift on
Can anyone guide me with the exact issue?
I need urgent help because I need my car on daily basis, and going to visit a mechanic tomorrow so need urgent help before tomorrow. Your suggestions are valuable.

did you use a Kabli Pressure plate instead of a new one. Also is the clutch cable tightened properly...

Is ur gear shift lever too loose?....get ur gear shift lever's packing checked/replaced and the shifting links fitment that goes frm lever to gearbox....i dnt know exctly what mechanics call it but thet wud know...

check the gear lever foundations and if required, replace them. inspect the gear rods also, by the passage of time they tend to get bent of become rusty loosing strenght.

and yes mehran is the only car who has issues with 1st and the reverse gears

Gear cable Bushes you guys are talking about. if those are dead the gear would wander about freely.

Yar mehran mai rods hotee hain. lancer and corollas have cables attached with gear.

Thankyou for the info... @nnabeel bhai.Khyber also has cables so i thought probably Mehran has cable.
