Get the clutch adjusted.
I have also faced the same problem.. My problem was solved by adjusting the clutch.
Or
Might be your car needs a gear oil change.

Thanks bro I will take a look. I have only problem in downshifting of 2nd to 1st ...else are perfectly alright
