The Sub-woofers ( Pioneer ts-W308d4 X 2-12"s in 3.1cuft @ 33+hz tuned enclosure)

4Awg wire is expensive , i will buy it later along with the amplifier

remember i told you their was a problem , when i put off foot from accelerator amplifier porduce distortion, even speaker distorts to much

then i attemp last try , i doubled the wire , so that required current can be transfer from battery to amplifier , as i suggest it work out

also reduced size of ground wire from amplifer to body

and also doubled wire connecting from body to negtaive of battery

i couldnt get thick wire , which was supose to be out of current budget

i also wrapped box with carpet , but that glue sticked to my hands till now cant get rid of it

and keep all audio wires away from power wires

tht port is too small. u will have alot of port noise on it. try to reduce the box size untill u get at least 4" length otherwise u will get port noise.

good job on trying this and not buying a prefab box.

also while doing this experiment , remember to put on ur subsonic filter to (tuning frequency -5).

SO if u r at 44hz , u need to set subsonic at 40. because below the tuning range , the woofer plays out of phase with air inside the box , which can blow subs.

what if my amplifier doesnt have subsonic filter

have got phase shift 0-180`

today im going to have 5" , 4" , 3" ports
@ 4" length and 3.5" diameter , its gonna tune at 38.14hz
Hitting loudest 116.4 DB SPL @ 46.22hz

what does going out of phase means??
port noise is not too much , well i will try to fix that error

@60.83hz phase is 57.42`

@ 49.99hz phase is 89.70`

@ 40.02hz phase is 144.72`

@34.66hz phase is 178.03`

@34.21hz phase is -172.43` (negative)
i dont have idea
may be when playying at 34.21hz its gonna be dangerous
as it directly goes to negative

and on 34.21hz Normal amplitude response is 0.06 DB SPL
where 34.21hz custom amplitude response is 110.8 DB SPL
Phase @ 34.21hz is negative -172.43
and above this freqeuency degrees are in positive

@ enerlevel , port noise can also be reduced when we smoothen the edges of port ? with light number FILE , or Sand paper with bit heat no to much that it got fire or bends or changes it shape

At red but , i aways tries to Keep RCA cables with power cables as far as it it possible , cause the noise from the engine is transfer by the attraction of wire through electromagnetic field

i guess this noise , in any cars are generated from distributor , else from spark plug , where fluctuation happens their noise are created

@ red bul ground cable was already thick , i ignored that
when i set closest gound for the amplifier

^ agreed to what u wrote above ... but these noises are mostly generated due to the use of low quality wires and RCA... anyways... nice setup

which wood u use to made this box ... is this the same box u showed me last friday... it looks different ??

i come to know from reliable sources that u use the best possible quality wood availabe in mkt .. is it ?
