there is a problem in my generator china 3.5 kv actually i always starts generator on gas now when im starting its giving sound fire and stoped i tried it but its not starting i always change its mobil oil on time but why its problem in it ?

Adjust its tappets.

1. one more tweak required, grip from heater to the card(circuit) must be unpluged.
2. only condition of blown up is , blockage to input or output pipe line, means if valve is close weather at input or output.
   due to blockage the pressure will start building up on the air pump which results into heatup and then winding is heated.
   I prefer KADA on others because of good quality, that air pump last time resist 3 hours of continuous blockage and still working fine, nothing happened.
3. incase if gas pressure is full just turn switch off and gas will pass through the pump with little resistance in passage.

if you want full pressure best practice is to do bridge connections of gas pipes.

I once tried it with a compressor trying to start the generator on a compressor but the pressure was too much so the generator could not start, I think same will be the problem with this heat gun plus you will have to adjust gas settings again and again

I once tried it with a compressor trying to start the generator on a compressor but the pressure was too much so the generator could not start, I think same will be the problem with this heat gun plus you will have to adjust gas settings again and again

no dude just set it to 4 or 5 and all good , or do bridge connections

i am working on it to automate it so that a stable pressure is provided to kit, still working fine almost 50+ i have installed in my city.

finally i received my parts, so lets just do it
Grip placed from backside of the connection box. will be used to connect ATS easily just plug and unplug

tools required to make some adjustments to connect box or gene panel.
1. Drill
2. steel drill bit
3. nose pliers
4. cutter pliers
5. colour wires
6. tester
7. Grip
8. ON OFF ON two buttons

find some gap in tray and make two holes of button sized in gene panel tray.

fix button inside holes.

added extra wires for,
petrol solenoid
oil alert
ht coil
self solenoid

because i hate ripping and cutting wires.
i just put the previous wires to switches and new wires from switches to components.

wires connected to switch(button) and insulated using fuel pipe pieces and switch is ready to be placed inside the hole that we made in a tray.

i just fixed the wires first because that would be tough for you to fix them in congested place with other wires
