if its making mechanical noice of connecting rod , crank shaft and bearings then need to overhaul them,,,,,,,,,first check the tappets / rocker arms ,,,,,,,,,,,,,well about overhaul the engine,,,,,,,,,,,,i overhaul my generator engine after 2500 hours,,,,,,,,,its giving smoke like 2 stroke riksha and plug all time filled with engine oil,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,go to parts shop name "china machinery store" in city sadar road rwp , you will get all parts there ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,loincin is batter in chinese barads ,,,,,,,JD is also good , there is another brand name JLT , i personally visited JD and JLT factories in china , JD is very old brand but JLT is new in pakistan and its owner is very good friend of mine ,,,,,,,,,its a good brand too
but i sugest you not to ground that green power generator ,,,,,,,,,,its also a good generator and it wont gave ant problem on running with NG ,,,,,,,,,,,,batter overhaul it again , it wont cost too much in overhaulling ,,,,,,,,,
