i did whAt u ask but flasher circuit starts after 30 seconds and goes off after 1 second and multimeter keeps on showing vvolts
I made one joint of negative wires of T1,T2,multimeter,flasher circuit and connected it to transformer nnegative and connected positive of transformer to t1 positive.
t1 time adjusted to 30 seconds and t2 time adjusted to 1 second
and t2 starts after 30 seconds

here is where u r going wrong.
t1 positive goes to transformer positive, it further extends and connects to common of the t1 relay.....
t2 positive is connected to normally close terminal of t1...( u have connected t2 positive to normally open terminal of t1 relay instead of normally close so change it)

also Swap the wires of flasher positive and petrol solenoid positive in t2..

reply back after testing.

as soon as u give current petrol solenoid should start and stop after 1 second and then flasher circuit starts. then after 30 seconds flasher goes off.

go to bike spare part shop. ask them for a timing spring of cd 70. cut it to 3 inches and install in the kit

upload the pic of the time delay i will tell u which one is NC.NO and common.

connect one terminal of multimeter to common and other terminal of multimeter to any other point of relay. when multimeter beeps that one is NC. the other is NO

In summer my home voltage stays between 140 and 160.
That also effects the voltage of small tranformer what do u say?

thats great u finally did it.

i suppose transformer was only testing purpose. your ats circuit will run on your generator battery. so no voltage issues.
only the R3 relay will work on kesc that will trigger this circuit & shut down the gen. for R3 u can use a 1 ampere transformer if your voltage drops in summer.

yes its function is to shut down your generator when ur wapda light comes and when your wapda fails it start the generator by giving it negative of battery via 14 point relay.

u can replace r3 with 14 point 220v AC relay. i am also using it

generator output is going to changeover via cut-off realy, you can directly connect it to the changeover.

OP thank you for such a nice thread.
My generator JD4101 is running good on NG,it has been starting on first self so far,today it behaved like,starting on third self and that are also too long ones,NG is also leaking through air filter when generator is not in use.
I have tested the spark plug by removing it from its hose and touch starting it on frame,spark was too low.
What specific plug should i use and with how much gaping?
Any other step i may be missing,please advise.

HT-coil only have 1 ground wire bro
dont be confuse just give it a try believe me you can do this.
