What about company and there prices ? What amount of petrol will it consume in 1 hour ? Proper Gas is available in my home but the generator never runs Accurate on Gas?

What you mean by " Accurate" is it not start on gas? or not carry load? what size its is, plz say in detail, might be i can help you.

I have a problem of oil burning. I use pso generator oil but after 1 day when I check the it becomes black and after few days it becomes so thick. Any suggestion plz

Get generator tuned. Check the valve clearance and spark plug health.

you won't believe it. It has been repaired 4 times. And last time all the parts were replaced but still ths problem persists. The brand is loncin 2.5 kva. I run 7 fans and savers only and sometimes computer. No motor no fridge at all despite it becomes faulty within 1 month.

Use any brand just ensure u purchase it from dealer your self no spare parts shop ............ u cant find original mobil oil easily like that
and once generator start problems just replace it or it will eat your money ............ and still no performance get rid of it if its not repairable

If generator do not start on gas ........... disconnect gas pipe coming out of gas kit and going inside engine carborator ....... when u disconnect that gas pipe from gas kit put a little petrol in pipe it will reach directly to carborator than connect back gas pipe to gaskit and generator will kick run on petrol and will continue to run on gas .............

same like car engine start by mechanic directly putting petrol inside carborator

Bro i thnk the parts you replaced were not of good quality cz one engine is opened then replacing with other chinese parts are not long lasting
The best option is to buy 6.5hp brand new engine of good chinese brand and replace it but other option is to use RIK montena rings and taiwan connecting rod and piston secondly the sleve your kharadia is using might not be of hard material or accurate size so thts y your engine burns oil

I was using pso generator oil. Now someone told me pso oil is only for new generators once your engine overhauled then you have to use havoline oil. I did use it and it is better than pso oil but the same problem i.e oil becomes black within a day. Havoline oil becomes black but not thick like pso.

Now I am thinking to buy generatore engine only. A friend told me that do not buy a new generator because today in market engines are availabe that cost 17000 to 19000 and they are loncin brand engines. Because if you buy a new generator chances are that it will be silver wind and old generators have copper winding. A new generator costs 35000 minimum then why not buy engine only. Did anyone use that engine?

Bro engibe for 2.5kw cost 8000 plz dnt go for loncin there prices are high with same quality as others. They are jst charging for their brand nothing else

I am thinking to make generator engine by myself using new spare parts. But i dont know the quality of spare parts. I mean a crank shaft with normal price works fine then why should I buy expensive. I am asking this because when you go to market they will show you cheap and expensive parts. The cheap items look fine to me but i have no experience of using them.

If i make engine with expensive parts can it compete with generators that cost 40 to 50 thousand rs.

Bro ur old crankshaft works fine things that need to be changed are
1 carburetor of HUAYI brand
Connecting rod saintbird taiwan
Piston saintbird taiwain
(There are also saintbird china but they are worse)
Bearings SKF zz
Oil seals ASA
Camshaft (plastic one if you want low noise else stainless steel)
Pistin rings RIK montena
Ignition coil LIHUA
Governor set AZB
And some STP oil for internal lubrication

Bro valve and valve guide will be provided by best kharadia in your area and for crankcase there is no specific brand its quality can be jst chked by its weight cz in pakistan we dnt have any facility to chk material quality so we use desi formula that crankcase weight should be equal or more than orignal crankcase of your genset secondly we only change crankcase and crankcase head if and only if its broken else take it to kharadia and ask him to line the cylinder bore with sleeve of hard material
Now the issue is how to check the sleeve material
There are two steps to chk the quality of sleeve

1- stroke the outside surface of sleeve with any hard object and chk for any bumps if its got bumpy thn sleeve is not good

2- internal surface of sleeve should be well polished and smooth and have glossy finish or like of stainless steel.
