Rite now don't know about consumption, InshAllah will update when it will On.

So far I know at 50% load it gona cost Rs 2000 Deisal Prime load is 225 Kva and Standby 300Kva.

I didn't get what you actually meant by "2000 diesel at 50% load"

Normally, fuel is guaged at liter/hour.

I want to buy a 30-40kva diesel generator. I am in karachi. I contacted SM jaffer they are giving FG wilson On the other hand I also contacted synergy corp they are giving lister petter and perkins. Orient energy systems are selling cummins and bahum are giving perkins. All generators are in the price range of 11,00,000 to 16,00,000. ATS is already installed.

So can anyone tell and share his experience regarding these companies which generator is better and more durable and which company because sm jaffer are saying the genset is assembled in china while synergy corp are saying their gensets are assembled in UK and orient people are saying cummins is made in italy.

Also my requirement is a genset which can run four-six 2.0 ton splits, 4 refrigerators, 20 fans, and many LED bulbs, so how much kva would i require. All companies are saying that my requirement would be between 30-40kva.

Umm - Siemens is my top priority. After that Perkin's.
Secondly, if any company claims THERE product is imported (made and ASSEMEBLED in abroad) get them to right it on paper under there letter head and get it stamped and signed with their manager (or equivalent authority) and you are good to go. You are paying them money its their duty to satisfy you. And if they don't do it or start bulshiting and beating about the bush. They don't deserve to be shopped at.
Other than that, i have seen a Bahun's perkin its a good machine. That one is a 500KVA machine a friend is using it at his firm. Running solid from last 7 Years.
Personally i use Siemens 50KVA machine at home this thing is a pure A class Engineering marvel. Running solid since 8, 9 years without a hiccup.

One thing I wanted to confirm that does your siemens generator has a cummins engine, because I have found out siemens also use cummins engine only the alternator is of siemens. The orient one has cummins engine and mecc alte alternator. So if your siemens has a cummins engine then I could also consider orient one as engine is the main thing I guess.

And I don't consider a product original if its made japan and assembled in Pakistan.
Its simply not worth the money. Its like paying for original product and getting a locally assembling quality. People may differ from me but its just what my experience has taught me.
Either get an imported stuff. Or get a locally assembled local stuff. Paying Grands of money more for a locally made imported stuff just doesn't makes sense to me.

YOUR generator kill signals are not properly connected. Kill signals are connected with HT coil and ground of generator.

I have a 4stock OHV(pushrod) lifan generator I think it pushrod gave up it starts knocking after putting load so the question would I be able to find it pushrods since we don't have much pushrod engine in market
