i have a problem, i have got 2 kva jassco generator, when load is put on to it (around 700 to 800 watts) it decreases the voltage to 195 voltage and sounds like its running hard to take all the load and vibrate but engine never shut down, but when load is taken off (around 400 to 500 watts) it starts giving normal 220 voltage, it runs on natural gas. the generator is quite old (5 yrs) and just 5 months back i have replaced engine block because it got damaged. after the replacement of engine block, i did not notice this issue as it was a winter season and most of the time generator ran under load and now when i try to put 700 to 800 watts (with fans) it starts vibrating and dropping voltage to 180 to 190 volts. what may be wrong or is it normal to decrease that much voltage.
