Generator Engine Overhauling & ATS Dedicated Thread ( Advice , DIY, Repair ,Install)

few things i forget to explain ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the change over and ATS circuits are both placed in seperate boxes ,,,,,,,,,,,,you can put them all in one box but for that you have to lope of the +ve wire of wapda and your home load from that one box ,,,,,,,,which is dangerous,,,,,,,,,,,,so i suggest put both of them in seperate boxes ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,mount the change over box near your home main switch ,,,,,,,,,,from there the 4 wires of on/off signal will go to ATS box ,,,,,,,,,,,ATS box can be mounted right on generator,,,,,,,,,,,
you can use some old stablizer box for ATS and change over switch , ,,,,,,,,,or you can buy a new one in 200 to 300 Rs ,,,,,,,,,,,,,one more thing,,,,,,,,,the 4 wires which cary signal of ON and OFF from change over switch to ATS must not be too long , use thick wire and length must be under 10 feet because you may know that the DC voltage drops as you increase the length of wires ,,,,,,,,,

Head valve seals are gone bad. Replace them

Well i bought a feeler gauge for adjustment. Adjusted tappets and plug gaps. Generator is more silent bow but still start on forth kick on gas

Use the button in the middle of ng kit dont use generators choke.

Helo PWs , i upload the ATS and change over circuit diagram on a new link , few days before i make a new ATS by following the circuit diagram which i upload previously and there i spoted a mistake in that circuit,,,,,,,,,,i match that diagram with the one i made with my hand on paper ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,there was a one connection error in it ,,,,,,,,any how i correct that diagram and upload it again with some good pic resolution,,,,,,,,,,,,,,now thats a final and error free ATS and change over switch circuit diagram

dont make the ats with that diagram.there is another better ats diagram uploaded by moiz irfan download that.
