Loncin all the way only.
I replaced its engine 1.5 years back. still going strong. They have changed the design of Head now unlike other Generators. Now its even more reliable.
Initially when i bought it was around 40000 back in 2011. A year back the price was same. I changed the engine only 14500 rs. Dont know the current market price as I am out of Country. Check the generator market behind II chundigar road. it must be between 35000 to 45000 rs.

Use good oil. I prefer ZIC 20W50. Change oil after every 90 hours. Keep it in good ventilated area. I have kept in on the roof (Ventilation & no sound). don't overload it. I use it only for lights & fans (5 fans, lots of energy savers but no fridge plz). Thats it
If ever engines requires overhaul that is after 3 to 5 years Expected. Replace engine. Never rebuilt (Very Important) if u want peace of mind.
How could I know that it is original any specific thing to look after and what about its warranty. I will use it on NG
Go to the Loncin Dealer behind II chundigar Road. Spot the shops which has lots of Loncin only. they are original. LONCIN is embossed on engine block under the self area.

Search for the latest which has a new head design. U can see the tappet cover its changed unlike typical Chinese tappet covers

All chinese generators are almost same engine wise except for few. U tell the dealer i want the latest model of loncin whos head is bigger and was introduced 1 year back only

6 fans, 6 energy savers max upto 50watt, 1lcd 1led tv, 1 pc . And if fridge also works that great. The above is the max which we us some times normally it is much lsss than that.
its in range except for fridge. Don't use fridge. U can use fridge only when its very necessary (sometimes). The gen will serve you long time. personal experience. The gen will have gaskit installed aswell. Just get the gen set on half choke on Gas by any generator guy
What does gen set on half choke means. I am noob so ... Is there any requirement to use generator sometime on petrol. Or can I use it directly on gas on first day
Initially use generator on petrol 30 to 40 hours. Then get it adjusted on Gas such that choke is in half position. or tell Gen guy to set it on half choke. he will do the rest
