W2 are two yellow wires for avr input and w1 is other 2 input wired colored blue and brown and field blue is for armature + and field yelow is for armature -. I have use the same avr.

Mera generator b mostly dosron ki tarah gas py direct kisi b sorat main start nai hota tha.is ramzan main mene ye thread dekha or isay shuru sy akhir tk read kia is main jis tarah agoodfriend or dosray bhaion ny apna apna tajarba share kia or dosron ko sikhaya usi k mutabik mene b apne gnrtr ki tappet sating plug change plus gap setting or ng kit ko modify kia jis k bad mera genset b half crank start ho gya now i m very happy to share these thoughts to all of u and specialy thanks to agoodfriend hanimughal and moiz bhai for all that.
Or ab maine ats bnany ka mind b bna lia hy jiska sara saman main ly aya hu or 1 ya 2 din main ats tyar kr k ap sb bhaion k sath share kru ga.

Assalaamaa alikum ,me from karachi,iam living on that where there is no shedinding,when they have to shutdown for maintaince k electric will inform us,so the problem is that my honda generator,yesterday is shutdown so when i start the gen it take the load o fan ligts lcd,but not taking the load of fridge.both on petrol and gas, it happend first time,i have honda gx 300,can any one tell what issue with him,

Time ic,no is 555 and its cost 15 rs and its cmplet circuit avaiable @60 or 70 rs pr timer circuit

what is the difference between the timer circuit that is built by using capacitors and resistances only without using 555 ic? and the one which uses 555ic?

Today i successfuly connected my genset with ats.and whole day its chacked 6 time success auto start on 1st self.now 2nd round is auto matic load change over attaching with my house wiring.i have 2 wapda meters 1 is 3 fase and 2nd is singel fase.inshAllah kal change over b wiring ka sath attach kr du ga.

Hi Everyone,
This feels good to see here techies and experts on this forum

I have Jasco J3800-S 3.2 KW, 2 years of years of good performance we take

I am having certain issues:

1-Bridge Rectifier is faulty very often (in the Panel)
I have modified to cool its head area by installing a old radiator fan of car right under head. opened air muffler so now hot air is sucked by fan and spread on its flooring. This helps keep its head quite below temps. I connected the fan directly to generators DC output terminals rated: DC Output 12V x 8.3A . Fan is hardly 2 Amps.

2-not starts easily on Gas.
I have replaced new plug original NGK BP6EY and gap set to 5.3 mm approx. But it takes three or more self's to start.

3- Tappets Valve clearance
currently it is: Intake : 0.10 mm and Exhaust 0.15 mm is this Correct?

4- I observed my generator sucks more gas. when my generator is on, no gas in kitchen mostly.
neighbours using 5KVA generator on gas but not having this issue. we checked by someone, he says gas pressure and setting is normal

5-which oil to use
we are using TOTAL QUARTZ mineral oil. it is somewhat expensive.

6-electrical diagram
I need the electrical diagram of china generators showing electrical connections of stator, rotor, avr, start switch etc. I searched on net a lot but no avail.

can you please further simplify W1 and W2 ...mean yellow are - negative or blue and brown are positive...i need because to install local avr in my genertaor.
