Is there any way to know if gas pressure is adequate without pressure gauge? I noticed gas can be felt upto 5" away at end of pipe but still generator needs choke setting at half.

My friend says it is a bad gaskit. Would that cause it?

and at other hand a new chinese car.. which one will u prefer choice is urz but same time at the other hand if you have seen *agoodfriends old 2.5kw swan generator? after 3 years of serving only needed minor adjustments and some parts..
and the one i was telling you about used ones what they do is..
like i bought my yamaha thru multiline and brandnew.. now if i wanna upgrade my genny all i have to do is giv them back my used one and by adding extra or whateva the difference is they will giv me a new one..
well yeah my loncin is not auto choke maybe cuz its only 2.5kw and iam not sure if the the 5kva of loncin got autochoke or not..
well on petrol u have to adjust everytime at starting ,but if ur starting on gas then u have to adjust it only once..

generator makes trouble too even if the gas pressure is high
my main gas line's valve is on HALF OPEN due to high pressure also try to adjust ur valve generato doesnt needs any choke settings on gas..
change ur spark plug into Japanese one with 0.4mm gap ask any mechanic as they keep feeler gauge with them ask them to adjust spark plugs gap for u.
then try and besides that moiz me and agoodfriend we all are using modified natural gas kit .. u got this option too for starting it on 1st self..

ats works with everything
like my yamaha is autochoke.. so even if it wasnt
all u have to do is u have to get a central locking motor and mount that on manual choke with a spring so on starting it will give choke itself and with a spring it will come back into normal position.. and without adjusting the choke see my video of loncin its choke was set on half.. for petrol and it was starting with my homemade ats..

multiline engineering is a company they import generators /make ats n all that.. even do yearly quarterly contracts there guy will come for checking everymonth aur ats and generator ..
and for lpg most of the kits are same u just need a gas regulator cuz the pressure of lpg is very high then natural gas.

I have also allocated a time of 1 min to timer IC with a time delay circuit so that ATS stops if generator fails to start in one minute other wise it will drain the battery if generator fails to start by some unknown reason and self will initiate infinite times.

The delay circuit i showed have only one variable resistor which is responsible for delay after which its relay gets ON

Just pass the negative of Timer IC of self through the time delay relay I mentioned above at normally close position so that after 1 min (through variable resistor) it cuts the power of Timer IC of self and self shuts off if generator does not start after 1 min.

nned to discuss abt the change over switch. got a change over switch tht manual 1 ...on the uper side generatr and hand down towards the main wapda supply...i got a 5kv generatr...prblem is tht can i use any thng else tht will automatically change to wapda when the wapda will come and generatr is running...it should automatically convert to wapda...2ndly im using 3-phase electricity meter and the wiring soo too

I took to electricition and he just disconnected one cable and now ok
what was the purpose of that cable which was sensing wrong and closing the throttle

I saw your screw extractor post just now. I was so worried about the spark plug that I broke. I took the generator to the generator mechanic, he opened its head and lathe machine guy extracted it. Total cost Rs 600

I noticed that even the packing of tappet was like brand new and didn't require any change.The valves were also in good shape.The generator was locin 2.5 and was used about 9 months.

The generator guy said that in these Chinese generator the plug is fitted by machine and are too tight so better replace its plug to Denso one after immediate purchase of any Chinese generator

you need to build this. i have connected in such a way that after the 3 phase selector the output wire of selector goes to wapda positive in changeover. by this my change over only works on the phase on which my home load is.

whats the use of it?even when ur generator still be running?
ofcos u can do man but again for turning ur generator off u have to switch it off manually..
u can even add a simply relay with 12v for turing it off aswell when ur light comes and with other big relay ur wapda will be shift again and wheneva light goes ur load will automatically shift to generator..

a really good advice everyone shud follow even ask at the shops to change the plug so it will be there headache..at the time of buying

i really dont know man maybe ur ground n ht coil got connected somehow?

the cable he disconnected was of oil sensor same happened with my genee too. just check your oil level after every 10 hours
