i'll give it on signal from wire (a) which is connected with ups...

and i'm thinking to use ready made ATS from electronik2000....they were in different price range 1.5K, 2k, 2.5K i'll use 2.5K one...

moiz bro tell me what you call that 25amp relay(used in changeover) is it of some special type?? is it available in 220v coil??
and from where did you bought it? exact location in lahore?

Guys,
I am facing a problem with my china 5 kw generator. It has output of 230 volts (double checked with another meter) but fans runs slow as compared to kesc and all tubelights and savers are flickering.
For testing I have changed avr but it didn't resolved. Pls respond what could be wrong.

You need to adjust the frequency by connecting a Hz meter to the out put. Voltage are adjusted with AVR and frequency is adjusted by the RPM Adjustment.The main frequency is 50 Hz adjust about 55-60 with out load and then check after load.

Already I have tried different rpm settings as don't have a hz meter right now but same output. also tell me what is the purpose of capcitor (which is inside the panel)

guys this is the situation of my house's wiring(as shown in pic)..i want to use generator on wire (A,B,C) is it possible?

i had to use three different changeovers??

yes its posible , i am also using similar change over in my home , it controls 4 phases

all phases will be fitted with its independent relays which gave on and off signels , and they can be connected either in series or in paraller with each other , if you connect on signels in series then gen will start when all the 3 phases will die and if you connect them in parallel then gen will start even if any one of the phase dies , same is the case with off signel , if you connect them in series then gen will switch off when all of the 3 phases will revive , and if connected in parallel then generator will switch off even if one of the phase revive , i am using similar system in my home and it controls 4 phases

yeah it comes in 220v and 12v too
and the location is ..there's a fountain like thing before goin in that gaali of electronik2000 ... by standing there jus look around the corner u will see a shop with all kind of relays..

its called stabilizer relay 25 ampere. cost rs 350. i have a 12 dc one but I think 220AC will also be available not sure. I am from Karachi

and checkout the ats at digitech too
before buying from electronik 2000..
as digitech have some high quality stuff too..so before buyin do check both shops
and it is near that relay shop from that white fountain thingy if u see stairs its the 2nd or 3rd shop from stairs.5G umair centre 16a hall road,btw iam only thinking from last 2 weeks of hallroad haha.. temp will be 47 tomoro make sure u take water bottle with you best ofluck..

Have you attached your ATS with Locin generator and whole system with your Yamaha generator.

yamaha is already attached with big ats if u rem the pictures i shared in starting?
made loncin's connection with grips n all..and in ats aswell..
but i havent connected yet..
as i need some stuff..
what iam doing is..
if yamaha fails to start in 3 attempts then loncin will start..
so for that i have to adjust a timer circuit according to yamaha.. and what i need a 220v relay powering relay from yamaha.. in such a way that at normal position it will be connected with a timer suppos for 2mins..for loncin.. but if before that time yamaha starts it shud cutoff ON signal .. and changeover iam using same one that came with ats... well thats what my plan is .. and making a diagram

dear you batter disconect all the wires of main panel which runs to the engine ,,,,,,,,,like what i do ,,,,,,,,i have even completelly remove the main pannel ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,to start the engine you have to connect the +ve battery terminal to the starter motor solenoid ,,,,,,,,,,,,,to kill the engine you have to ground the HT coil wire ,,,,,,,,,,,,,its very simple ,,,,,,,,,,,but it will be lot difficult for you to identify those cables from the connector of ignition switch ,,,,,,,,,
