yamaha is already attached with big ats if u rem the pictures i shared in starting?
made loncin's connection with grips n all..and in ats aswell..
but i havent connected yet..
as i need some stuff..
what iam doing is..
if yamaha fails to start in 3 attempts then loncin will start..
so for that i have to adjust a timer circuit according to yamaha.. and what i need a 220v relay powering relay from yamaha.. in such a way that at normal position it will be connected with a timer suppos for 2mins..for loncin.. but if before that time yamaha starts it shud cutoff ON signal .. and changeover iam using same one that came with ats... well thats what my plan is .. and making a diagram

dear use one ATS and change over with both of those generator ,,,,,,,,,i told you before as well ,,,,,,,,,,,,connecting 2 ATS and change over with home wiring will be lot difficult and complicated ,,,,,,,,,,,,,and i think your yamaha ATS has built in change over which may be not compitable with your home made ATS ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

tomorrow i,ll bring ready made "automatic ON, OFF" kit from electronik2000 and 3 stabilizer relay 25amp...let c how it turns..

try to do some postmortem on that circuit and share here as well

One thing, Please explain, I have chariness generator, its 5KVA, it operates on gas . But these issues is with consumption of Engine oil which quite high .
Suggest any ?

it consumes engine oil ,,,,,,,,,,,mean oil is leaking from piston and burns in the combustion chamber ,,,,,,,if its so then it can be conformed by the spark plug condition ,,,,,,,,,,,,but i think thats not the case,,,,,,,,,,,,,the oil is leaking from the crank case breather pipe which runs from the tappet cover and ends up in the air filter,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,all chinese generators have a inborn habbit of throwing heavy oil from that pipe ,,,,,,,,,,,you can see the air filter box and most of the time it almost sinks in oil ,,,,,,,,,,,,

guru what i did last time when yamaha failed.. is
simple turnd its auto switch to manual/ take off its plug shoe and i made n extension with matching female plug of yamaha and other end of that shoe goes to loncins panel..
so after starting the loncin changeover gets current i guess by loncin and it changes sameway like it always on yamaha..
and when light comes changover shifts the load bak to wapda.. but loncin remains on.
so iam keeping all separate .attaching homemade ats to loncin. with 8point relay at on off signal n transformer which will be getting power by simply 2 shoe points which are on my terrace and they dont get any current no matter which generator is start it only gets electricity thru wapda..

there are 2 extra wires goin inside the yamaha's panel
after opening the panel there's a small circuit inside i guess its n AMF card..
and that circuit got 2/3 relays ...if i disconnect those 2 wires and connect them with each other generator takes self..

one out of these wire coming from battery +ve and other going to the starter motor solenoid ? .................if yes then you can connect your loincin withit,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and what about the off signal ?

so from changing the generator 220v lines from 1 gen to anothr
i need a double point coil relay
on normal it will be connected with yamaha's output..
but if it fails and loncin starts that 2point relay will be powerd by loncins 220v so on normally it will be connected to yamaha and it will only change when loncin starts by getting 220v from loncin..
right.

thats how i will
keep completely seperate from yamahas wiring.. on and off will be by a 8point relay and off signal remain same..but at on signal i will be adding a timer with another relay for delaying .. but once yamaha will start it will cutoff with new 14p relay 220v by getting output of yamaha.but if it didnt then at the adjusted time loncin will be start.. .. thats how iam doing it now.. guru

I have 5 kva Chinese generator named green power. When it starts it shows 300volts on volt meter attached to it without load & when I switch on the breaker for load it goes to 200volts. I tried to adjust the gas t valve and also the screw to increase the throttle. But not improved much. Suggest please.
One thing I have made an ats with the help ur diagrams and the friends ( Moiz & hanimughal), I need have some safety factor in that. Like to add some delay to supply current to change over after the generator start. Also want to add the system shutdown if generator fails to start after three selfs. And suggest what else safety function can be incorporated in it like the professional one.

agoodfriend or someone else please post a tutorial on how to do the setting of gaskit properly so that generator can start on gas without choke setting?

well i guess you are reading the voltage with the inbuilt analog voltage meter which is of poor quality and chinese made and never been acurate , you need some digital volt meter and hz meter to adjust all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,there is a sligh fluctuation of voltage which is normal and nothing to worry about that ,,,,,,,,,,,,
i will post a new and modified circuit diagram of ATS in which i have already add a cut off circuit which switches off the generator if it wont starts with in 1.5 min ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
engine oil must be change after 100 hours and also check the oil level after 50 hours ,,,,,,,,,,,,you have noticed that chinese generator split oil from breather pipe into the air filter box ,,,,,,,,,,,,this drops the oil lever in crank case and it must be rechecked after 50 hours ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you can replace spark plug after 500 hours with ND spark plugs ,,,,,,never use the original chinese made spark plug,,,,,,,,,

you have to live with it , only thing you can do is to check the oil level after 50 hours , you may need to fill atleat 25 % oil after 50 hours ,,,,,,,,
