@dadvoc and amirhassan,,,,,,,,,well i think its because of weak ignition system,,,,,,,,,,,,there is nothing ingenerator related to ignition system other than HT coil,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,is there any oil leaks from the breather pipe/crank vent pipe ,,,,,,,,,that oil spills on to the HT coil and its wire as well,,,,,,,,,,,remove the fly wheel cover and inpect the Ht coil and its wire ,,,,,,,,,,,,if you any oil on it then remove the Ht coil and clean it ,,,,,,,,,,,use slight amount of petrol but dont try to completelly dip it in petrol,,,,,,,,,,,,,also check the condition of wire ,,,,,,,,,i am sure it will be rock solid,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the wire originally fitted in these generators are really not of good quality,,,,,,,,,,,,in my case i have change the wire right on the first day,,,,,,,,,,,,,you can use some car old spark plug wire in it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,just cut it to a proper lenghth and screw it into the Ht coil and plug adopter,,,,,,,,,,,,you can check your existing cable by spraying slight amount of water on it ,,,,,,,,,,,start the engine and spray some water on it with spray bottel ,,,,,,,,,,,,,you will see some sparks/current leaking from that wire,,,,,,,,,,,,,,for detail you can search some movie on youtube ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,after fitting all that back becarefully about the air clearance between Ht coil poles and fly wheel ,,,,,,,,,,also gave a look on fly wheel magnet ,,,,,,,,,remove any junk metal mesh sticking to its magnet ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
