no bro i use it during loadsheding hours,and one thing more when i start the genrator early moarning it gives smoke for around 10 second and then it disappear,i have overhauled my gen one month ago by myself

I am no pro but seems like a valve problem.

You can also try cleaning the combustion chamber/valve seats by using some carb cleaner and spraying it while the engine is running search google for more info. I am not sure if it will work but you can try nonetheless.

My hour meter is attached to the DC 12V out inside the generator. And it does not work what could be the problem?

Just a question, is there any device that auto converts generator from petrol to gas upon starting? To the best of my knowledge and logic, i think there is no such thing. But by chance if there is such thing let me know.

dude iam also using the 30000rs ATS got it from MULTILINE 2years bak,and trust me this 2500rs one looks better with more options.. its just that they will fix the same circuits in the panel and give you.. its the same kit shopkeepers are using n selling it for above 15k but yeah with panel and changeover..agoodfriendusing from more then 3years now.. moizirfan using more then month now
and if something goes bad there's nothing special inside like u wont be able to find the parts,everything inside is cheap n all u can keep them in spare and its hardly a 10min job.. rest u got all the options now..

see the earlier posts by sharo/afarooqui they both are using similar ats //one got it for 2500 other for 3000..
its not about money or going for a branded one.. its just that even the local ones they are using the similar or maybe more small kit and selling it for more then 15k i myself.. using a 30k one.. pictures are on 1st page it is by multiline check the PCB board and compare with the one share and afarooqui got it in 2500..

Can i have the contact nos of ELECTRONIK 2000, MULTILINE AND AURORA ... are these available in KARACHI ?

I also got my 2500 Watts Honda clone chinese generator rebuilt which worked successfuly for last 3 years. Got all rings, piston, primary / secondary oil seals, carburetor, plugs etc changed. After all above, now I am facing a problem that probably due to a new carb, it doesnt start without applying choke while on petrol. As far as sui gas is concerned it doesnt start at all. However, after staring on petrol, it is converted to gas and it works fine.

Before the overhaul, with worn out carburetor, it used to start without choke and also on sui gas. I also have home made ATS which was working fine before but now due to bad starting it is of no use.

I liked the idea of using a central lock motor for choke, but on natural gas therer shouldnt be any issue of choke? Any suggestion for quick starting on gas??

and by which wires you are turning your generator off? where did you connect those at ATS card?

search the first pages of thread..there is a method given to modify your sui gas kit..which helps in quick starting...

Just let me know if it would be a better idea to use Denso spark plug with small threads (short in length). There are 2 sizes. local market people called it "choti choori"

I think Hani Mughal is using that ATS which starts his yamaha generator on petrol then converts it to gas.

bhi i open the fly wheel cover in red color , ht coil was half covered with oil and cable is also hard , from where that oil is leaking ? i havent close all that till now but i clean every thing , now what i do with the cable ? should i replace all the HT coil ?

no proper info about this...but i think both kind of plugs can be fitted in there you just used the proper size "pulg panna" lolx
i bought denso moti choori wala plug yesterday but havnt installed it yet..

Check the head gaskit. When i encountered the similar issue, i found that i had wrongly placed the gaskit in opposite direction leaving all the oil duct open that supplies oil to tappets. or may be your tappet cover seal is leaking.

Generator is Jiandong 5 KW. Boss, that relay is placed in between the ignition switch and its wiring grip.
jis waqt bijli arahi hoti hai, ats is relay ko power nahi karta. to istarah point 2 & 6 apas mai connected rehtay hain or 1&5 bhee.
is say yeh hota hai k ignition switch ka ground complete rehta hai or engine start nahi hosakta.

jab power chali jati hai, ats is relay to 12v deta hai to point 2 & 6 apas mai connected NAHI rehtay hain or 1&5 bhee.
is say yeh hota hai k ignition switch ka ground complete NAHI rehta hai or engine self marnay par start hojata hai.

aik or faida yeh hai k jab ATS say generator ON ho to chabi say OFF nahi hota

8 point ka relay is lye use kya, q k ignition mai 2 alag alag pair thay jo OFF position mai connected rehtay thay or ON position mai disconnected.
