as you were having a similar issue as I had so I think I should share this with youtoday I have by a stroke of luck came across a temporary fix to this problem, when I try to start the generator on petrol with the foul plug it doesn't start but if I convert it on gas and remove the air filter foams it starts immediately (even without cleaning the plug). Then once it starts I give it some time and then put the foams back and adjust the choke and the generator runs like a charm.
@agoodfriend and hanimughal what does it mean? why the generator is starting on gas with the foams off but not when I put them and close the air filter housing?and why it isn't starting on petrol unless I clean the foul plugs (now I am suspecting that the plugs are not foul after all)please reply...
heheheheheh hani bhi nazar naa lag jaya kahe meray ats ko , wasay me naa apna latest circuit desigh kia haa , uss me aik feature haa jis sa uss ko light off hona sa 5 min pahlay pata chal jata haa aur generator on ho jata haa , hehehehheh
bhi i almost fix it now , sara oil clean kia aur tappet cover kee seal bhe change ke ha , coil ko bhe clean kia haa aur uss ke wire new lagaye haa , a car mechanic gave me old plug wire and he also fitted it on coil and adopter , the old wire was hard and also damages because it was rubbing with some metal parts of generator , air filter and its box is washed with surf , right now its working fine , petrol par half self paa start ho jata haa aur gas paa koi 5 seconds lag jata haa start hona me , allah karay kaa aab dobara kharab naa ho
guys im already fedup from the noise of generator i want to do some thing of it...
i have an idea of replacing its exhaust with 200cc 4stroke CNG rikshaw's exhaust...
need feed back from all the members, hani bahi, moiz bahi, agood friend and everyone else.....will it make noticeable difference??
bro hour meter is supposed to be connected at generator's 220V output...not 12Volt output..
I don't think it will make any noticeable difference. Also read on the web about back pressure. It is something important you should know about before doing any amendments to exhaust.
There are some ppl (on the web) posted their muffler change experience did benefited.

bro you can try both 4stroke rickshaws and fx's silencer aswell chances are 50/50 at times it works but there are chances of facing heating issues..never tried so not really sure, i have completly sealed my window with silicon,namda,tharmopol.. lol still only 30% less btw need to confirm some connections text me..

have u tried ajusting your choke? cuz u only need choke on petrol starting...not on NG ... if its not autochoke u only have to adjust the choke once for ng

i want to install ATS but i can not make it by my self so decided to buy from hall road,plz guide me good shop or electritions who can also install it on 3kv gen,and what would be the minimum cost for that as these guys are demanding too much like 10k to 15k,before i decided to make ats as per guidence of agoodfriend but got confused and found that i can not make it by myself

i have not yet dismantled the tank as i need to buy a number 8 spanner for it.About the tyre i heard from my friend. I haven,t tried it bcuz i don't have a spare tyre even for my car. lol :):):):):):)
hahahaa ur far or else wud have given you..yeah iheard that too..no vibrations afta that, well there's one special bike panna.. costs rs100..can open most of the nuts of every chinese generator thats what i heard.. and i tried it on loncin..as i was getting the diif one guy there suggested me to buy this ,as it got most of the numbers ..they use to come with Chinese generators but not any more..
I am now making two ATS both for my friends as they will also be purchasing generator 2.5kva and 3kva locin
okai good ,did they came to check urz? this time buy a UPS box hahaha its not just ats.. but u need to modify there NG kits aswell..
