bro my genset is tuned on gas the way u told and i dont think ill be using dual fuel so i want to run it only on NG

check if you got solenoid valve under ur carby?
tell me if u got any wall 220v points near ur genny and are not connected to ur generator?
means only get 220v when there is electricity.. and on turing on ur generator it totally gets off? do check if you got any point like that.

i will upload a video soon of my ng meter 5kva makes the meter go round so fast!!
so moiz i will make a video of a minute then u have to calculate that for me... !

well dear its very common that carb gets choke when wont supply any fuel for a long period,,,,,,,,,,,in your case the float valve is blocked and it cant allow fuel to enter in the bowl,,,,,,,,,you see the pic,,,,,,,,note that 2 inch pipe of gas which i connected with the original fuel pipe of carb,,,,,,,i post that pic a long time before but no one has spoted this thing,,,,,,,,,,,i add petrol with small keep throw that pipe,,,,,,,,transparent pipe allow me to see whether fuel is going inside the carb or not ,,,,,,,,and once the engine starts you can see the fuel level lowering down throw that small pipe,,,,,,,,,,,try this ,,,,,,i am sure your carb is not assepting any fuel,,,,,,,,,,,,

A good friend, please tell me how can I run my gen on ats? I got a gas kit that has a button on it and it needs to be depressed for a few seconds to let some gas go into the carburettor before i can crank the engine. How does ats manage to do that?

well bro u wrote : This kit has a Idle adjustment screw on it, unlike the chap who over hauled the engine of his gen.
what happend to ur idle screw? i replied you there that i wanted to see that screw but u never replied,if iam not wrong u are using loncin's ng kit right? and similar to global kit..well check the previous posts, thats what the modified kit was for, starting ur genny on ng without pressing anything .. and u need a gas solenoid valve so it may turn ur ng on only when main fails,and do share ur ats pictures.

Dear Friends, I am really moved by this thread and bravo to your efforts made towards humanity without a single penny, you have inspired a number of people including me; through your marvelous technical skills and soft spoken words to each query to other members.

I have ordered a 8KVA Genset (6.6KW max) SUMEC FIRMAN Model SPG8500E2 for my home. (78000 Rs. Including Gaskit, battery and Delivery Charges) require to run 1.5 Ton AC, 2 Fridge units, lights and fan and for future requirement if added later.

I need to run this generator on NG so naturally need exactly what you have done and I was thrilled by seeing your thread but Alas i don't have much time and knowledge about the electronics so please guide me in the following:I am planning to Buy Clipper ATS as a kind fellow member mahmudaqshared. but then how can i attach & operate NG Solenoid you mentioned in your post. or otherwise you are kind enough to build me one the same setup you made for yourself.

I would highly appreciate the words in this regard and comments on my Genset.

that point gets no electricity even after ur generator starts supplying to other outlets,but not to that specific point.
in this way with a relay and transformer, that's the easiest one..
taking 220v for 12vdc transformer from that point..which will be powering ur relay.. and on wapda failure ur relay will be activated.

Assalamu Alaikum

I have bought a new generator RATO EV3500 in Rs.35500 from Gujranwala market with big battery. I liked it. It is low noise and automatic idle speed control.When load is taken off, it automatically reduces noise and speed.It is a good quality generator.

check this pic,,,,,,,,,you need to pull the choke during starting on petrol,,,,,,but on gas you dont need any such thing ,,,,,,,,you can see i remove the choke lever and tie it down with a coper wire in full open position ,,,,,,,,,

Guru jee you are using your generator in full on choke position. how come???

g g bro ive the same point on which only wapda electricity is connected if wapda dscnctd n i switvh on genset still that point doesnt get electricity n wapda k atay hi it gets electricity from wapda :
