1. Solenoid valve
2.8point 12V coil relay
3.Diode Bridge
4.12V output transformer

nops u dont need that point now..
the way guru told you ur relay already using points from self..
so this one is good besides that ur solenoid will be shifted from ur generators battery to 12vdc transformer so ur battery will be only used during starting..no specific shop,relay will be available at ganda nala's hall road..
u need a 12vdc 8 point 10amp relay,12V transformer and do show ur transformer to shopwala and ask him u wanna turn this transformer into 12vDC so give diodes according to ur transformer, also mark the 220v and 12v side of transformer.

Well today i tried to convert my friend's firman on choke but failed.
The plug was really very tight was not coming out.
So i just can play with the t valve. the generator started on gas directly but when we gave it the load it died.
What could be the reason? one thing I noticed that the plate by which rpm increases was really hard to move whereas in my locin it was really free, attached with the spring. When i press that plate in my generator rpm increases and when i leave it the plate comes into its original position. but in firman that plate in spite of spring doesn't come to its original position and was jam. how to fix it??

you can also make this with two contactors one for generator and one for grid. Anyway its good you are using them in real four open and four close arrangement.
did you made this by yourself?
how much you paid for one 44E contactor?

Hello Guys,
After removing load from my running generator 3kv, it still shows 1.2 ampere load on clump meter. What could be the reason. Please advise

MASALLAH a really good looking generator..
hope it performs same as it looks :),bro make sure u got some space for its exhaust ..as the place looks a bit tight for it,rest all fine..
and i was telling you about transformer ,that after buying do ask and reconfirm from the guy ,which side of transformer is 220v and which side is 12v one ..so u wont get confused laters..,do change its spark plug to denso original Japanese one.. with gap adjusted at 0.4mm.

@moiz it shud be like not loose but easy to move,like if u push it on left side it should easily move, put some spray like wd40 or and good oil so it may move easily with the governor spring, u sure about its venturi is it at the right place?
well do one thing.. at the time of giving load press ng's button a bit and see if its taking load now or same issue
he's using normal ngkit right?
or try it with ur kit..
