Hi, Looking to but a generator that can support either 2 ton AC, 4 lights a fridge, 4 fans and a computer. Would an 8KVA generator work? If yes, which should i buy and how much will that cost me in Lahore? Gas, Petrol or Diesel are fine

8000 watt generator can take up load of upto 34-36 amps at 220-230 VAC

add up load of appliances in watts and work out the details.

check from your nearest market selling generators consult others in your neighborhood or family for the choice. Besides the price, important point is home service & after sales support

I recommend you honda or yamaha if they offer 8 or 10 kw

A two ton ac will take upto 20 amps peak. So i think 8KVA should do the job as per your requirement.
