Mehran are the most simplest cars running on the road today. And if you cannot find good mechanics for it then you are either too "maasoom" or need better negotiating and inspection skills.
Secondly the mechanics will follow what you have to input - if you expect that every problem can be solved by cut screw, nitto tape, hammer, Rs 25 RTV, Rs 10 Curil, sasta grease ka tin, diesel spray after washing - then you yourself have shot yourself in the foot. Emphasize use of proper tools, technique and chemicals. If the electrician is just adding wires on top of dead wires then he's no good - find a better one (he wont be cheap though)
