Geo Metro & Suzuki Cultus.... identical!

Geo motor's Geo Metro is 100% identical to Suzuki Cultus... i dont know what connection there is between the two... perhaps its the same case as Suzuki Forenza and Chevy Optra. Does anyone have the idea?

Chevrolet Spirit also have the same shape May be the same car had been introduced in different regions having different names.
I didnt have Pics of Chevy Spirit rite now but will try to get for info.

The Geo metro was my mamoos first car when he reached the states flat broke, i guess back in 92. Cant believe Pak Suzuki is selling such an old car .

Yah, the suzuki cultus is an almost exact twin of the Geo Metro. Keep in mind the geo metro was the most embarassing car in the entire untied states to drive. Also the most economical at the time too hah.

haha ! geo metro, the very first car i owned! i bought it for $600 ... and that too, on payments! lol! i was hella xcited though, first car!

i was cycling around yesterday when i saw this one standing outside a house for sale. i stopped n took some pics. the guy is asking 1400$ for this one AS IS. says every thing works fine but tires nedd replacement.

Suzuki Cultus is more older than most people believe it to be.

If one looks at the manual of Suzuki Margalla, you can easily find it there as a five door hatchback. It is the same car but with a different name.

Magalla was introduced in Pakistan way back in 92 (I believe) and it was never I repeat never withdrawn. Only five door hatchback replaced the four door Sedan model but ofcourse with a different name.

Let me get my hands on the manual of margalla and then I will post its pics.

i'm just surprised that noone has ever done a nose graft of a new cultus onto an old margalla.... shows how our people just imitate what they see on TV etc.

it's when you switch the front (fenders, lights, grille etc) of a new cultus onto an old margalla.

I once saw a Margalla with Cultus dashboard!

We are the country form where Suzuki extract last drops of design/inventory ROI juice (i.e. we are the ganna): When cars become extinct in rest of the world, they are sent here, so that the company can get rid of any inventory of parts, and can extract some more return (money) on investment done for designing it.

Suzuki Emenity was the one with a cultus body and a margalla dashbord, that belonged to the same cultus family, few of them were imported here in early 90s... the bottom line... we use to get the oldest possible technology by the Paksuzuki here, with a brand new label only!!
