That's the issue. You need at least 90+ to get a recent model which is out of budget and imo too much to spend on a car anyways.
Any luxury option in your budget range is going to have 100+k Kms. this is a point in the cars lifecycle where things like suspension components and fluids usually need replacement.
So, you will DEFINITELY have to spend some money on top of purchasing and registering the car on maintenance and upkeep. Toyota's battery pack usually lasts about this long anyways (8-10yrs). Hybrid cars are quite complex, so if something does let go, it's usually expensive.
And this is outside the usual fraud of meter reversing, accidental cars which are quite common. Keep this in mind as well.
I stand by my original statement, keep your current car if it's not giving you any reliability issues. Luxury cars are nice of course, but the cost of upkeep is also a lot higher no matter what the brand is. Buying used is always a gamble because you don't know how the car has been used and maintained. It's VERY rare that you will find someone, especially in Pakistan, that maintained their car well.
