I am 17 and i have a smart card (under 18 NIC Card which will also be used after 18). I wanted to know if i could get a learners permit or not, can anyone help me out with this?
Under 18 nic ? Never heard about how does it work ?And for learner permit you need to be 18 years old .have a nic that shows that you are above 18 years old .
You can not get a learner's driving permit unless you are 18.
These days, NADRA issues CNIC to one day infant as well.
Reason: Revenue - It's all about money.
You got that smart card, but you cannot get learners license because when they type in all your information on their system to print. It shows the age and is printed on the learner license itself.
