Getting left-hand steering car on rent with fully covered insurance?

hi everyone,
i am new here and new as well in pakistan, my question is can i get a car on rent for 2 weeks with insurance in case of a mishap?
actually i am experienced driver owner of italian license with left hand steering drive cars but when it comes to right hand steering drive i am a noob learning and adjusting slowly in pakistan.
i have asked from relatives and friends about my issue and they said that there is no insurance on rental cars, and in case of any accident i am fully responsible of the losses, does insurance not exist in pakistan ? i am not able to understand this mess please is there anyone who can provide any info ?
any help would be appreciated thanks.

there are no left hand cars on rent
newer cars are insured but if you end up damaging the car. rent company will secure full money from you even if insurance is charging them nothing. thats the way it is here.
either rent the smalles car so its easier to manage or one with a driver.
