Gift Scheme Import

After a lot of searching online, I haven't been able to find a reliable source and procedure on importing a car through gift scheme, if anyone has imported a car through the gift scheme and can guide me, i'd really appreciate it.

There are two schemes to import a car to Pakistan
Gift Scheme -> Requirement of Minimum 700days (2years) stay abroad in last 3 years
Personal Baggage Scheme -> Requirement of Returning to Pakistan after Minimum 6 month stay abroad.

For Gift scheme, gift undertaking issuance from Pakistan Embassy in country of stay for clearance of imported car.
For personal Baggage, Original Passport required for car clearance.

For above both schemes, proof of remittance equal to Custom Duty from foreign bank account to Pakistan

Custom Duty
2018 model 660cc ~ 600,000/PKR
2018 model 1000cc ~ 800,000/PKR
2018 Hybrid 1500cc ~1400,000/PKR
2016 Vezel Hybrid ~ 900,000/PKR

3 years old car and 5 years old SUV/Jeep can be imported

I imported a vezel for my cousin on gift scheme who is settled in dubai. Remittance for the car purchase and custom duty were sent from his personal bank account in dubai
