Gli 1.3 auto RPM after Transmission overhaul

So my GLi 1.3 auto was having gear slipping issue from 3rd to 4th some time it shifts to 4th then itself downshift to 3rd and also kick down wasn’t working most of the time.
After recommendation from @capsat finally got it overhauled term used by Usman bhai who is expert in overhauling of transmission.Everything back to life again eg: shifts kick down and no gear slipping
His shop located adjacent to Al akhwan park FB area karachi.

So after overhauling I’m noticing that RPMs staying little higher than before when I contacted Usman bhai he said that RPM are very much normal according to him and repairing he said can’t effect running RPM.

Here is the change in RPMs that I noticed:
Before overhauling at 80 km/h speed RPM was at: 2000
And on 100 km/h they were staying at 2500.

After overhauling at 80 km/h speed RPM was at 2200 to 2250
And on 100 km/h RPM were maintaining at 2650 to 2750

I want to know that are these RPMs ok for Gli 1.3 Automatic transmission or same have just went out of specs.

I am very much worried because this change costed me straight 1.5 to 2 km in Liter as per my tank to tank calculations.

Is there anything that needed to be checked for possible cause or these RPMs are ok because I bought this thing Used.

One thing that i can think of is Torque Converter Clutch Lockup. Not familiar with this transmission so cant say if it's related but an unlocked TCC does result in higher engine revs vs a locked TCC.

what is approx overhaul cost you paid for the job.?
please check the transmission fluid in morning before engine crank. also please check for kick down cable adjustment. It may need adjustment to resolve issue.

Gli1.3 has 4 speed auto?? what is transmission code if you please share axle code from id plate of vehicle

60k with Oil, parts and labor.
How this cable is adjusted any manufacturing specs for that ?
U441E Transaxle code and yes it’s 4 speed Auto transmission.

exactly, as stated above seems like t converter not locking up.

at 80 kph, u shud get a little nufge and drop in rpm, itsthe tc locking up, after ecu sending signal to txn kickinh solenoid, mostly its an electrical issue, the solenoid not kicking. u can check that using obd scanner n driving till 100 kph

What to do now ? The repair guy is saying is nothing wrong according to him.
May be he is not familiar with electrical system that’s why he saying that.
should I get it check from Electrician?

ask him to connect scanner to confirm gear shift and tc lock up,

Do you know any better person in karachi who knows how to check for TCC lock up as the guy who overhaul transmission has no Idea about it he just checking gear shifting which it’s doing without any issues.

sir if you are not pleased with the vehicle performance re-engage the shop, they did the job and you shall get the best money value for the job. It will be useless to engage another shop and throwaway the monies again

Bro I have re engaged with the shop I got the work done from they has no Idea what’s wrong as he saying as long as it shifts perfectly it’s good according to him.
He is saying he can’t help with that Issue as he bagherat jugari mechanic. We have debated long on that Issue but not accepting his mistake or trying to sort it out as he have no Idea about the electrical of trany.
Do you know anyone in Karachi so that I can get it checked.
