If u can afford then go for GLI; best car in market and great resale value;

City on the other hand ; is not poor car but it create problem when use roughly;

dont go for either of them as they are way over-priced these days. wait till their minds come back to earth. If in any case you are on a die-out situation then go for the city as current gli is underpowered.

Go for GLI due to the reason that when any new model car comes in market, its not trouble free due to the manufacturing defects and as the time passes like 4-6months feedback comes from peoples / market and company remove these defects.

So GLI is little older than City so all the known defects has been removed, but as city is newer it will take 3-4 more months to become perfect.

Choice will be yours either GLI or City

I never think regarding resale issue

I bought Steermatic and at that time every1 was against me but I went for it and now I'm satisfied like nothing & all my friends opposing that time is now praising it.

09 CITY.
Reason:city gives superb mileage 22 kilometers per liter and is available with automatic transmission.
09 GLI is underpowered.
