AssalaamulaikumIs it true that GLI 2019 (AUTOMATIC) has a top speed limit of 160Km/h? Someone I know has an almost brand new one (2000Km driven). He has told me that it does not go above 160Km/h. Is it true?
Since its an underpowered car keeping that in mind your friend might be saying right also he has kept it
If you take it upto 7k RPM it will go above 200 but of course that will take a lot of time.But thats not the point, there is no use of taking a car above 120 or 140 so doesnt matter if top speed is 160 or 170 or 210 or 240

Well! I just wanted to verify whether what my friend told me was true or not. Maybe he didn't push it enough Or maybe he is right in saying that it doesn't go above 160. Anyways, I agree with you that he shouldn't drive it at such speeds
It can go till 180 but requires time and hard push. With normal push it goes till 160
The Gli auto with 4 people on board will not cross 160-165 unless you are on an incline.
Without load it goes till 170-175.
Or maybe he is right in saying that it doesn't go above 160. Anyways, I agree with you that he shouldn't drive it at such speeds
