GLi driver side automatic power Up/down not working

I have recently got my car diagnosed for parasitic draw luckily issue got resolved and it’s not draining battery anymore.
But an issue arise after this work done is my Driver side power window up/down auto not working and electrician saying that I haven’t touch anything that related to power windows panel or disconnect anything during diagnostic process said just two wire were having bad connection and I reconnected them and insulated properly. Also he said he hasn’t worked on power windows so have no Idea what’s wrong.
Can anyone help what’s wrong with this function.

press the auto button for 3 seconds in up mode when fully upwards and similarly for 3 seconds in down mode when fully downwards.

I have tried this it doesn’t work I try to program it but after rolling up anti pinch feature activates so it doesn’t hold to the close position.

What was drawing power in your car?

During the work of finding the parasitic draw, the electrician may have disconnected the battery. This disconnection would have made your auto windows motor forget where the glass is. Also the clock will need resetting and maybe the radio presets too. In some cars the radio needs the security code re-entered. So when the electrician is saying he did no work on the window system, he is right.

Just a side note, my Toyota Passo needs 20 sec hold of the button. You might try a longer duration in the up and down position.

That is because the window motor doesn't know the top limit of travel. When the window closes fully, the motor thinks that it still need to go further up. But since it can't it thinks there is an obstruction and activates the pinch function and rolls back. The motor needs to be taught the upper stop position.

There was modification done to ignition switch wiring by previous owner so the wires were touching each other causing parasitic draw.

Yes the battery was disconnected also clock is acting weird after this jobs done and I have to adjusted again and again. Can you help how fix clock.

Sorry I cant help with the clock as I dont have experience with Toyota Corolla clock.

With the car running, fully close the window and keep holding the button for 20 secs, then lower the window fully and keep pressing the button for 20 secs. That should relearn the limit of travel.
