hi guyz the thread which @dt68 has posted is although right but i will further explain u its not a paint its a glowing PVC vinyal which is applied to the surface of the car.... and its is available in babu muhala rwp mazhar autoz i think so .....or they can provide u because they have malasyan and thai stickers dealership hope ihave helped u .....thanks

Appreciate your effort, but I can guess that this guy was probably so frustrated in 2008, that he enrolled in college again, did PHD in some next level alien sciences and probably runs his own glow in the dark business.Second of all- What has glow in the dark barbies and princesses gotta do with Car glow in the dark paint/vinyl
Its an aerosol can, made by Kansi paints..Google "glowmax kansai pakistan" you'll find it
